He hasn't been practicing so there is definitely an injury. Concussion is hard to figure considering they didn't have pads on. But...not practicing is not helping him at all. Hard to be #2 if ya can't practice

hmmmm.... Maybe the transfer portal affects the quantum vortex theory differently then we thought, and it creates a worm hole that injures the kids just as they arrive in Starkville. Or it is just them dead injuns.

Can’t really compare Abraham to Stevens and Costello...who were both brought in to start. He’s a depth guy, nothing more. Regardless of health, 3rd string is probably his ceiling.

I thought heard on T&L today that he was doing some drills over the summer on and may have gotten hurt then. Thing is, it's still summer and that was vague as heck.

I just know if he did get hurt, I hope he gets better soon.

They are running some read options in practices. If they incorporate that into the air raid, that will make the possibility of needing that backup at some point more likely.

I know everyone wants to see some runs and a read option could tear up a drop 8 defense fast quick and in a hurry. That would be a helluva wrinkle addition to this offense if they do add it.

Hope he gets healthy soon, but I can’t say I ever really understood some of the starter hype he has been getting. To me it has always seemed like a forgone conclusion that Rogers would be the guy.

Concussion. happened back in June

went to make a hand off to a new freshmen RB and the RB hit hit square in the face and nose. had 12 stitches and 'bad headache'.....headache never went away.

Went to Vanderbilt to see several docs over the course of 3 days. 1. Not a career ender 2. changed his meds 3. changed his therapy routine

His lead doctor is Allen Sills, who designed the NFL concussion protocol.

He is staying very committed to playing at MSU.

We aren't cursed. There's no reason we also can't have a successful transfer Qb just like the billion examples you could find if you actually looked instead of cursing all future transfers.
