Pretty much got dominated by UNLV.
UNLV is decent, but a potential "Final Four sleeper" shouldn't have gotten dominated by that UNLV team.

They lost twice as many games this week as we did last season.
The scary thing for IU here is that they are the team with the returning experience. They should be the team with the edge in a tournament like this, early in the season. UNLV is a decent team, but with all the hype about IU, we were led to believe this was the best team Crean has had while in Indiana. But that is clearly not the case.
IU is on the verge of greatness.

They had their chances but couldn't get over the hump or make a stop. Hard to sustain momentum that way. They relied on UNLV to falter in the end showing once and for all that hope and luck is not a strategy.

UK fans should be cheering Crean and Indiana to a solid 13 seed. We want to keep that clown at the helm of circus-pants land as long as we can.
Clappy needs at least another 10-15 years to implement his defensive scheme.
Outside of a fluke final four run in 2002, IU has been no better than Vandy or wake forest in the past 25 years. Let that sink in, whoosier fans.
