err....so, ummm.....how long does it take to build a functioning elevator again?

first home date is sept 7th. we havent even laid the foundation for an elevator on the bowl side of the endzone. sounds like bs to me scott when you look at all the other stuff that needs to be done in the ez alongside completing current projects in the west side.

In the video he says..

..only the elevators on the south end will be functional this season. The elevators on the "bowl end" were never planned to be completed by this season.

There is.
This phase is already adding footings and forms for an endzone upper deck and it's designed for 22 additional suites on top of the ones already there...and an ~ 7k seat upper deck. No idea which "phase" that is...
