My favorite week of the year. A friend has a course in his backyard and hosts a 3 club tournament on the Sunday of every major. Kinda kicks off the golf season for me, both as a player and a fan.

Does that mean you only get to use 3 clubs for the entire round or 3 different country clubs members are invited?

LOL ... there are definitely no country clubs.

You pick 3 clubs to use, no woods. The longest hole is 275 yds, I think. He has 6 holes built and you go around 3 times. There's a lot of food and beer involved. :)

Not that anyone gives two *****, but the one secret I know about the Masters.......and it's not "secret", just not especially well-known.......is that the green jackets are made here in Cincinnati (though the materials, I think, come from elsewhere).

BTW, anyone know how much they charge on the ANGC grounds for their famous pimento cheese sandwiches ?? I think I've read in the past it's something very nominal.....like maybe as little as $1.50 each.

I haven't been in a few years, but when I was there, all of the sandwiches were $1.50 and beers were $2.00. All of the sandwich wrappers were green in case someone missed the garbage can throwing them away so they don't show up on TV.
