But you also have the NDA after that, offered by Trump and his own lawyer that states that there was indeed an affair and she can't talk about it. If there is any validity to the 1st two signed statements, then why would an NDA be necessary. Again, initiated by Trump and his lawyer, not Stormy Daniels.
I still believe that all of this is between Stormy, Trump, and Melania, but her story is a lot more credible than Trump's denial that anything ever happened.

The latter isn’t necessarily true. He could have pressed her hard and she rebuffed him and threatened to tell Melania and pushed for money to shut up so he paid her to keep quiet. There are a ton of possibilities. I still think he fvcked her and I think it’s awesome.

You should check the news. Judge denied their request for expediency. That was all the lawyers desires, not what the court had determined.
LOL! It is scheduled for 30 April at 10:00 am. It is already on the judge's schedule. It is in federal court, which requires expediency. That was one of the things Avenatti was making fun of trump and his lawyers about. They screwed themselves. It was originally filed in state court but trump had it moved to federal court.
