If we would have played Iowa State schedule, we would have won more than 3 games
OYour record IS crap because of your SOS ... you can't even make a coherent point.
Let me explain ... no, not enough time ... let me sum up
You played a **** schedule and STILL lost 3 games. Your schedule was such **** that you should be embarrassed to have lost 3 games against the kinds of teams you played.
If you played the #1 SOS like you say ISU did, and your record was 9-3, then maybe that's not so bad. You only played ONE team in the top FIFTY and didn't even come close in that game.
If we would have played Iowa State schedule, we would have won more than 3 games
Here was ISU's schedule:
#75 UNI (home)
#13 Iowa (home)
#43 Toledo (away)
#150 Kansas (home)
#38 TTU (away)
#7 TCU (home)
#11 Baylor (away)
#52 Texas (home)
#2 Oklahoma (away)
#16 OkState (home)
#54 KSU (away)
#29 WVU (away)
So, where are your 4 wins in there? (WKU is #40, BTW) Your best win, unless I missed something was #73 So. Miss., and there are only 2 teams on this schedule ranked lower than that with the rest being significantly higher. There are 7 teams on this schedule ranked significantly higher than WKU, and they wiped the floor with you.
I'll give you Kansas, but that's the only one I can see. I'm not saying you wouldn't beat UNI, that could be a tossup, but I wouldn't put even money on you on any of those games but Kansas.
Northern Iowa, Kansas I think are sure wins. Toledo, KSU could be toss ups, basing that off we've beat them as underdogs before. Rest I don't think we win. Texas maybe depends on which team shows up the one that played Oklahoma or against Iowa State.
Best case scenario 5-7, realistically probably 3-9, worst case I think 2-10.
Fever will tell me I hate Marshall, which I don't I'm just dealing with facts as I see it.
That's probably about how I see it ... I wouldn't count UNI as a sure win, but I won't argue that one.
I think THIS year's Marshall team against THIS year's Toledo and KSU teams ... I know you've beaten them as underdogs before, but I wouldn't call them tossups.
I think A LOT would have to go your way to get to 5 wins against that schedule with this year's team.
For Fever to just make a blanket statement that you'd win more than 3 ..... again, I want to see which of those seem like such sure wins as to make that statement.
Please....ISU kisses their own *** each morning that they're at least better than KU!
If ISU had mooU's schedule they would be bowling!!!
Ouch!Here was ISU's schedule:

It is refreshing to see a sane Marshall fan...Northern Iowa, Kansas I think are sure wins. Toledo, KSU could be toss ups, basing that off we've beat them as underdogs before. Rest I don't think we win. Texas maybe depends on which team shows up the one that played Oklahoma or against Iowa State.
