USA has been bankrupt for 30 years.
Obamacare has been a yuuuge failure.
Just repeating gloom & doom predictions from my most liberal friends this morning. I think many of them are hung over and depressed beyond reason. Me? I've served every president since Ford, good and bad and ugly. Nixon didn't bring the country down, nor did W or Obama. I figure we'll survive Trump, and who knows but what some things may improve with Congress and the White House no longer split. But two things I'm pretty sure of: It's neither going to be the 1960s-style industrial utopia that Trump's rhetoric led disgruntled former factory workers in the Rust Belt to envision, nor the mass deportations or internments or Kristallnacht-style retaliations against gays that my far left friends envision.
Market will bounce about until we get feet on ground and start investing in the economy.
War with Russia would beat the hell out of them winning by a walkover with no resistance.
Look at our debt. We have been bankrupt for years - just no official announcement. We either grow out of the problem via economy or keep going further down each year. Government cannot replace the private economy for the engine out. Past 10 years have not been the road to success.
Lack of insurance has not stopped medical assistance for anyone dying. You are being a little too dramatic.
If you are still working around DC somewhere, I can imagine that today is an interesting day at work.

Speaking of health insurance, 100% premium increases in some cases this year; hell, they can't afford it even if it is available. Why don't you buy it for them if your so concerned?
Dying? I tell ya what's dying, our ambassador in Benghazi at the hands of terrorists, Kate Steinly at the hands of illegal immigrant, our police officers at the hands of law breaking radicals.
USA bankrupt? Yes! ...at the hands of Obama who tripled the national debt in 8 years at a record pace. So unpatriotic, wait, that's what Obama said about Bush. Amazing, you want the government to continue to pay for health insurance for millions of people, yet ***** about the debt and going bankrupt. Ask for a financial calculator for Christmas.
