Some really nice players earning their offers in the last twenty-four hours! Good for them, and happy to have them should they commit.

It’s unfortunate that a lot of people will consider these kids a set back because of losing Paolo.

Yes, they’re not ranked as high, but they’re some quality pieces that will be important role players their first season, and they should stick around for at least a couple years, maybe less if they improve even more.

It would be a good start to the class. Hopefully, a few returners will help shoulder the loss [of Banchero] next season. Add in a couple high-level recruits and/or immediate transfer(s) and it should be another quality team.

The same losers will say "Banchero" dozens and dozens of times here for the next year.

Absolutely! The dude is an absolute dawg from the film I’ve watched.

I was simply speaking generally since many will criticize Cal’s recruiting efforts to advance their narrative that he’s “struggling.”

Sallis is no slouch; I firmly believe he is right there with Kennedy Chandler in terms of talent.

I think sallis is far better than chandler and will be a lottery pick if he goes to UK. He is for real.
Chandler v solid, definitely wanted him but never thought he was “special”. Like the idea of Askew/Clarke taking it too- but now that doesn’t seem as likely as a few months ago.
All for Sallis and Hickman as a start in the backcourt.

I think sallis has way more upside and is very SGA like as he is coming in as a CG but can be molded into a PG

Funny, I remember so many Kentucky fans wishing Lucas nothing but failure when he went to Florida over Kentucky. An early commit from him might have saved Tubby as well. Didn't happen and of course that led to us getting G.

As they say, "Time heals all wounds."

Why is it unfortunate? We missed on a top 3 pick (again). People have a right to be dissapointed. Landing a top 40 kid is nice, but it doesn't atone for losing out on Banchero to Duke.

Multi year guys that stay until we reap the rewards is wanted...... Maybe you guys have missed UK basketball and just focused on beotching about what posters and fans say but we've had too many Baker's and Juzang's The fans want multi year guys we dont have to rely on right away but stay until we reap the rewards from them.

those added with the top 25 great players makes for a wonderful mix of talent and experience.

Transfers are nice too as long as they can handle 1 on 1 basketball cal plays here.

Kid will either blow up and be gone after one year or transfer out the following as we will have some surefire 1st rounder coming in and there is no way a surefire 1st rounder is going to sit behind someone who couldn't make to the league after one year...
