True enough you may not know what is causing the trouble, or what's wrong with it, but you also don't need 10 months to find out if there is something wrong with it.
After 10 months, what have investigators found out was wrong with this past election?
I'm not asking for evidence of any "collusion" they've found although that is what they're charged to discover.

How does the Left know that the Russians won't someday out of the blue release what they hacked off Hillary's illegal server?
Then suppose if what they reveal shows why Hillary needed to wipe that server clean before turning it over to investigators?
