Ash has been asleep at the wheel not bringing in DTs the past several years. RU has no depth at the position and I think this year will show that.

Over the next few days I expect to read in this thread and other related threads all of the following thremes:
1. from the pro Ash group - Ash finally gets it. We are recruiting quality linemen. Things are changing for the better.
2. From the Scarlet colored glasses group - young lineman. Two years away at least from playing. Redshirt with a year of strength and conditioning and this kid could be a stud. Due to junior year injury we snuck in and got a quality under the radar guy.
3. From the anti Ash group - another recruit with no p5 offers. We will never compete with the BIG with guys like this. Ash can't get the 4/5 star guys.
4. From the this always happens to RU group - just wait, no other p5 offers due to not playing junior year. Got the RU offer in his pocket. Will decommit next year once he has a great senior year and other p5 offers start rolling in.

I am going with number two. Just because of the scarlet glasses. Go RU

People are dumb. How do you think we are gonna build a team? It's not going to be by beating osu and Michigan for recruits, but by landing the best of the D1 kids that miss their cut. The MAC and CUSA were full of d line kids that could have helped us last year.

Per my point, he also had offers from Kent State and Temple, two teams that would have waxed us last season.

And for anyone comparing his offers and 2nd guessing already the kid was injured his junior year. Similar to how Watts didn't have many offers when he committed to RU.

DTs are a premium position in college football. A good senior season will result in multiple P5 offers. RU did good to get in early but will have a battle to hang on to him if he lights it up.

Who the he## is talking about beating out OSU and Michigan for Recruits ?
How beating out a couple of low end P5 programs for Recruits instead of beating out MAC and AAC teams for Players . We are in the B1G for Chr#st sakes.
The crap some people post on here - SMH
