Vander Zee and Howard are outstanding athletes, but they don't get the ball very much. But look at the catches VZ made at crunch team vs. MSU and look at the TD catch Howard made at USC and the key grab vs. Rutgers. I'll keep sayin' it: Iowa has some excellent WRs. What they haven't had is a QB who can consistently get them the ball accurately and on time.
But yah, Oliver looks like a scholarship receiver/returner, not a PWO. I mean, c'mon . . .
Then again, a guy named Kaden Wetjen was only placed on scholarship THIS season, so . . .
