Less than impressive wins vs. 2 tomato cans. I'll go ahead and say that one is a win.

They became Vandy again when the clock read 00:00 in their last game last season, and Pavia walked off the field doing Heisman poses.

We are 6-4 in our last ten (10) games with Vanderbilt, but the series is pretty even overall. Vanderbilt dominated very early, to say the least.
This year will be the 99th meeting.

Losing Pavia and their best receiver to UL pretty much did them in. They were able to bottle lightning for a little bit and now will go back to the basement of the SEC for awhile. I think Arkansas and Vandy are probably by far the worst teams in the SEC this year.

It will be interesting how teams like AU, UK, SC, MSt, UF, MO, OK, fair this year.

Hard to know if we are back to the basement based on the first two games. The handling of the QB position wrecked just about everything offensively. Jared Curtis was finally handed the keys beginning this week against NC State.

Defense has looked pretty good so far, offense is questionable but Curtis is very talented so we might start getting better as he figures things out.

I still think we are a year away though, probably a 4-8 team this year.

UK - Vandy could very well be a basement bowl.

Pavia, like him or not, was a great college QB. And they had a pro tight end too. I think they drift back to being chumps like they usually are.
