You are not mistaken....Stans had to get private donors (I was one of many) to get the video equipment because LT (the cheap one) would not buy the equipement Stans wanted.

I knew a kid that was "video coordinator" for UK basketball a couple of years back. He was nothing more than a graduate student who was working a part time job.

As is common on the Sixpack, you have people trying to comment on something that they know nothing about. They seem to be turning this into "see, I told you. Stansbury didn't look at video".

Fact it, it probably WAS a GA that was performing this function and now Ray has turned it into a full time position?

Our "old coach" was the worst against OOC opponents, especially ones he had never seen or played against. I guess we know why now.
I think he thought that our superior talent and his great coaching ability would be enough to get the W...

This entailed using scouting video to make the cutups for their particular scout. Stans' staff used this company for the editing software:

</div><div>So, it's not like they weren't making cutups...they just didn't have someone who's specific job was to make them. Ray's staff does. It's a good move, and like you said it frees up more time for the assistants to work on other things.</div>
