I would imagine private message boards in Russia can toss anyone just like they can in this country. What's that got to do with anything?

ive never understood what will get someone banned around here, mostly because I havent taken the interest to figure it out. From afar, it just seems like you have to be a raging dbag to be banned. Based on that, a couple new posters are very much deserving.
Its bad when one of the more unpopular posters even recognizes whats needed here.

State fan or not- why would that matter when it comes to a ban?
