I would argue that there are very few if any given the population of the state and the very limited entertainment and tourism venues.

Given that, it seems to me that paying a top 5 salary to the coach who can get this thing back on the rails is a very reasonable and prudent thing to do.

Let's stop stepping over dollars to pick up pennies and open up the checkbook for once.

Great question. For football I would say probably not. Kentucky basketball is a huge pull for that state but then it also has Louisville.
