Is there a way to individually block threads?

So I logged back on and I see lots of political threads, multiple soccer threads, and more than one post office thread. Now I have no issue with y'all discussing these things here. Go for it.

But is there any way I have missed where I just don't have to see it?

I don't want to delete them from the board, I just don't want to read them. Anything to help there that I am missing?

And so far only two people who flunked out of Ole Miss have responded.

Well, I have always found the easiest way not to have to read a thread is not to open it. Maybe the temptation is too much for you.

No, it's just the big political threads you have to scroll a good bit past. More than one takes up more than my entire screen. So i would like to just remove those from what I view.

There is an add-on to vBulletin that allows users to ignore threads (it shows up under the "Thread Tools" dropdown), but it has to be installed by the admin of the board.

It prevents the thread from showing up on various listings when you view the forum. The list of threads you've ignored is available on your control panel.
