After forensic evidence proves guilt make it quick...
& after 3 violent felonies take them out quickly, if they prove to be violent while in jail.
After 3 violent felonies it proves you cant or wont be rehabbed to a productive citizen & if you keep doing the same stuff while in the system.
People in jail totally mess each other up & nothing happens to them ...well a slap on the wrist
