I dont understand why people are so negative about this.
1. It was funny
2. Epenesa touches him. Just like when a d-lineman over-exagerates his 1st 2 steps to get the refs attention for a false start that happens, stoll was just making sure the refs looked his way to call the offsides.

The Iowa receiver flopped as well in the last drive ..jumping back and holding his head. Fortunately that was reviewed and they saw his head was not hit at all. Lots of flopping going on. But when refs suck that’s what players start to do.
