It just seemed small for a feature back is all. I thought the weight numbers might be old

He is not big at all. Nor is he particularly fast. He does not have breakaway speed, which explains in part his low number of TDs.

But he has amazing feet. He changes direction without breaking stride. He looks utterly effortless running between the tackles. It's almost freakish. Watch some of the highlights at http://www.northwesternhighlights.com/ and you'll see what I mean.

Of the few highlights of Hurd, I saw similar feet--very smooth with a calm upper body while his feet pick through the LOS and find a seam or break outside.
