Is it me or is this weekend a must win series

The top teams of the SEC are so loaded. It seems like the loser of this series is basically eliminated from contention for the SEC championship. Crazy or no?

Not even close to must win this weekend. Hope to win it, for sure. But not a must win.

Our last 4 series are relatively attractive for us. If we can get 6-3 after the first 3 weekends and to 9-6 after the first 5, we will be in great shape to get to 19-20 SEC wins.

What will be infuriating, is losing the overall SEC by 1 game when 99% of the fan base would’ve not went with Cerantola, nor Koestler last Sunday.

If we lose 2/3 we are right back to where we should be. I know, I know, LSU is probably a bit down, but winning 2/3 on the road is always a plus.

We got swept by the second place team in 2016 and still won the league. Way way way too early to start talking about must win series. We are currently in plus position having already won a road series against a ranked team.

Definitely not a must win series, but I'd say it's a must not get swept series. But we've seen all kinds of State teams go to the CWS. Teams with only 35 or so wins so that means we had like 31 going into the playoffs and we've seen high 40 win teams make it. Im not worried about this weekend at all unless we get swept. But we are coming back to win tonight and if we dont, you hardly ever see us lose two in a row since Lemonis has been here.

Not with this offense. This is a 16-14 to 18-12 team. Vandy will have 24-25 league wins.

Not saying you end up being wrong, but at this moment in time, what puts Mississippi (or any of them really) ahead of us for a national seed?
