Is Husker Online relevant?

It seems impossible that HOL could be relevant while Husker BB and FB are not, as established by an active thread or three here.

On an irrelevant topic, are the toilets in South Stadium still a mile away from the seats? I am pondering single game tickets for a September game and need to honor my relevant urological needs.

Compared to what? Compared to other Rivals team sites (e.g., the traffic they receive)? Compared to what others think nationally of the football program? Secondly, what makes a website, in virtue of being attached to a team, relevant? Does the team have to be ranked to be "relevant"?

The question you pose is confusing at least in part because Husker Online is obviously relevant to those, like myself, who read it frequently. So it is relevant, first and foremost, to Nebraska fans, and it can be relevant to them even if the programs themselves are not all that relevant (e.g., ranked).

If you take this thread seriously, I can only assume you also took the lengthy thread about the relevancy of NU football seriously. Thank heavens football season isn’t far off. Hopefully someone has some good yoga pants photos to share in the meantime. They are always relevant.

Do you realize how stupid you sound right now? Trying to claim a recruiting service and board not being relevant just because the football team they cover has struggled the past 2 years???If I’d have to guess, Huskersonline has more members on it then probably any other site Rivals has. That alone would make us...looking at it in college football terms...Ranked #1 in the country and we have won back to back to back to back to back National Titles. Heck, we are the top ranked Blue Blood when it comes to Rival team boards. With that said, disappear TROLL. And don’t say WE...you’re not apart of this group because you just proven to all of us on this board that your obviously NOT a Husker fan...just a troll faking it.

Back in the old days, it was kind of fun for a while. I had a paid membership to the premium board for years but it was a mixed bag. The mods were inconsistent and arbitrary, if you were part of their crowd you were OK but if not, well, let's just say that they had their own agendas. It also really put a damper on being a serious Husker fan and an intelligent human being. Fortunately other free options started popping up that ended up being much better so everything worked out fine.

In regard to the topic you posed, it's been a long time since I used the toilet at Memorial Stadium. I too remember it being a mile away, a long line, and nothing more than a circular trough that everyone pissed in and pretended not to look at everyone else's junk.. I always thought it was a bit weird. I would assume it has changed since then.

Hasnt changed much where I'm at in West Stadium... horizontal steel troughs.
