Once TJ damage is done, it's hard to reverse it. Probably impossible. That's why, as a coach, you have to watch pitch counts. You can't be the guy that people point towards, even if the damage was actually done in travel ball years before that and 'the last straw' happened on your watch.

Ever notice how Lemonis never took the heat for Smith or Ginn? Because he kept pitch counts in check. Going over 110, in any case, is stupidity. 100 should always be the limit, give or take.
