At what position. That ship has sailed, maybe he goes to BC but I don’t think he’s ready to be a college OL coach
Kind of edit, maybe schiano isn’t keeping the RB coach. I could live with Hoffman as TE coach

Well, he's 52 now but I guess with some spring training he'd be good to go.

What is Nunzio coaching? Maybe they move him to the defensive side of the ball. GS may be able to tutor him until he is able to fly on his own. He did that with Hafley as a DB coach. Haf was already experienced as a DB coach, but he supposedly was not very good at it until he worked here..

According to Kratch on the latest Rutgers Rant podcast if Hoffman were to come here it would have to be an on field coaching position. Anything else, a recruiting position for example, and RU would be banned for a few years by NCAA rule from recruiting at the HS he is leaving. Doesn’t look like there is a position for him since all that is left is the DC and the tenth coaching spot.

Getting Augie Hoffman on staff would be amazing for recruiting. Who said or felt that Schiano wouldn’t be able to do what is necessary to get RU competing again

I'm thinking Fraser goes to Quality Control, AC is DC/LB, Hoffman TE and Nunzio RB. Bring in Galiano as ST.

Phil Galiano enters his first season with the New Orleans Saints as assistant special teams coach in 2019. Galiano is a veteran in the coaching ranks with 19 years of experience, including two seasons as an assistant special teams coach with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and one season as a special teams intern with the Miami Dolphins.

This is what I meant about the S & C Coach being able to motivate the players....
