Why in the world would Corral jump CJ Stroud? That guy was very good against Michigan. 390 yards passing, 2 TDs, 0 picks.

Both play for 10-2 teams but Stroud’s numbers are WAY better.

I’m not sure CJ Stroud is the best player on the OSU offense. Much less the best player in the country.

It seems like Corral is the most valuable player on 10-2 OM, OSU and Bama. That is more Heisman worthy than their individual stats, IMO.

I’m with you on the Georgia defense. But outside that, Corral is the best QB.

It’s definitely an odd year for the heisman race. There’s really no one that’s been exceptional. I might would vote for Kenneth Walker. But it’s totally up in the air imo.

That brings up the question: Has there ever been a Mississippian, as in somebody who was born here and played their HS ball here, win the Heisman? I know Army's Doc Blanchard played his HS ball at St. Stanislaw (sp?), but I don't think he was born here. I can't think of one.
