The key in this game and all our remaining games is to play through Myles. We need his added offensive output and even more so tonight , getting Garza in foul trouble by going at him and making him defend will get him in foul trouble. Fran has the 2 foul first half sit rule I think, or at least he did it in the Indiana game. But getting Garza in foul trouble is just as important for us as it is Iowa getting Myles in foul trouble. Nunge has also been playing superb and hitting his 3 lately so he will be defending Myles when Garza is out and he needs to be contained and he is more foul prone than Garza. Plus playin inside out leads to better ball movement and better shots and better offense , which I have been clamoring for all year. Ourguards, Geo, Jacob, Paul and Caleb really have to make a conscious effort to feed the post , especially bounce passes . Geo, and Jacob have been terrible most of the year but Geo has gotten better.
Frederick is back tonight so they get another 3 point shooter to go along with Bohanan and Weiscamp and their 2 bigs so we need our elite defense from last year to show up tonight. We normally shoot well at Carver Hawkeye arena and I am hopeful Ron, Geo , Caleb and Montez get their shooting strokes going. Should be a whale of a game.
