If you combine the greatness of 4-8 with the greatness of 0-0, you still end up with 4-8. See how that one works? Math, or arithmetic for you history buffs Winking.

Chirp chirp chirp, in an Iowa thread, I'll bring to light any topic concerning Iowa athletics. If you don't like it, don't click the thread, or hit ignore. It's real simple.

Hilarious coming from the Nebraskan that throws a temper tantrum when a Husker fan posts on the Iowa board.

Ahh yes, thanks for the correction. I can respect typo police. Doing some multitasking - never was accused of being good at that!
Maybe just don’t post over here, we know all the tired iowugh arguments. Or, at least wait until old split lip KF has a winning record against Nebraska, Iowa reaches 700 wins or Iowa actually wins an outright B1G title.

Lol, or you press ignore when Frank wins anything of relevance for Nebrasketball. First tournament win not included- need 30 of those.

No, I have to give credit to your moderators. First five years of B1G membership, this whole thread was 5-10 ban hammers. Kudos to them for allowing rival discussion.
You are definitely one of the most try hard fans of a very try hard fan base. Iowa fans who bring the usual “Iowa homeboard drivel” over here deserve to be banned. Once again please read carefully:

We fully acknowledge the mediocre history of Iowa football and b-ball. We fully acknowledge Nebraska’s blueblood history in football and Nebraska’s poor history in b-ball. There, now you don’t have to regale us with any more of your stories.

Ok, good start. 23 of 351 D1 basketball programs is not mediocre, it's well above average - low superior. Agree to that & I'll bolt.

So Iowa fan posts Nebraska fans live in the 90s, then posts about Iowa b-ball being a “superior” hoop program based largely on hoop stats built prior to 2000. Yes, that definitely checks all the Iowa fan boxes.

Is what it is. Iowa basketball top 94th percentile.

Nebraska football top 95th percentile.

I somewhat agree with that. I don't know if I would put 23rd in the league of "Low Superior," but definitely better than 'High Average.' Iowa has a pretty decent basketball history.

Certainly much better than your football history. 40th in all-time wins in football. 70th in winning %.

You know, it's super fun to watch Nebraska v Iowa and the anticipation in the months prior.

It's pretty obvious, both on paper and on the field, that the Huskers get more guys that have significantly better "god-given" football skills than the Hawks but insert self-entitlement and a lack of toughness, I'll take the black and gold any day. I'm willing to bet both our OL and DL - with several new starters - will assert domination on your linemen again. Now I'm not saying an Iowa win this year is a sure thing b/c your QB is darn good and can scramble all over the field. BUT.. Iowa's players are flat out tougher than yours.

Disagree? Do you envision a noticeable change in your team's toughness, determination, and overall physical strength in '19? If not, you'll be in trouble once again come November when you get a visit from the lowly Iowa Hawkeyes. This is a friendly competitive post - not looking to start a war. Football will be back before we know it! I love it.

As stated many times, it’s too bad iowa fans have always been such miserable DBags, even when Iowa was getting beat on the regular by Nebraska, if they’d even been the slightest bit cool, they’d actually have something to crow about. Nebraska football dominates Iowa football 1900-2014, Iowa football has 2015-2018, congrats.

Of course we think Nebraska will be stronger on the lines this year than last and will continue to get better and stronger under Frost. For you to think the Nebraska lines from 2015-2017 are good examples of Nebraska’s line tradition is laughable.

Hmm yes. Like 30-28 all time in NCAA tournament or 0-7.

I'd rather have Iowa's combo than a circle jerk around the 90's. How many all time national titles does Iowa have vs UN-K? ( Edit: UN-L, no disrespect to University of Nebraska @ Kearney)
Typical insult. Lol. As if NU was only good in the 90’s. Try 1962-2001. There is a reason we are in the top five for all time wins.

You are a Moran.

Cute. NU wrote the book on toughness for years. Educate yourself and watch SF play QB.

Well, what changes have occurred to make the lines take big steps forward? Did you get a new S&C coach? I thought I saw you did and he's in his first year at Nebraska. Where's he from?

He does realize Nebraska went through 3 years with Riley players not be very tough and Physical and SF seen that from the very start when he arrived here that was one of the first things he had to change was the culture that he endured under Riley..
yes sir, kinda my point
