It was a good football game. A lot of fight in both teams. I did not think Ferentz would go for it at the end on 4th and 8 but kudos to his big balls. Clearly he didn't like his chances in OT.

They didn't dominate the last quarter and a half, that's why it came down to the last 3 seconds of the game.
Our crap defense was the problem. They ran it up our *** most of the game and we couldn’t stop them. If we even have an average D we win by two scores. I was surprised that Iowa’s D was not that good. They are definitely slow. Can’t wait for next year. We are going to be good and I hope we stomp the ever loving **** out of the Herky’s.

Dead serious. They have a good front 4 but otherwise they are slow on the edge. We played way better D’s this year.

Sore loser. Nebraska is Iowa State to Iowa. So bad that Iowa gets no credit when they win and the Hawkeyes would be mocked nationally for losing. Also, is it a “moral” victory, if it’s also a victory on the scoreboard and in the record books?

Had 2 shut outs and only 3 given up in three games this season. Beat Illinois 63-0. Granted it was illinois but come on dude...its not a bad defense!
Terrible argument. If we wouldn’t have downed it on the 10 on the 2nd half kickoff, who knows.. if Martinez doesn’t throw a pick, who know.. etc.... you won, enjoy it, but most of the game our “crappy” 4-8 team moved the ball pretty easily.
