Iowa WBB Podcast Recommendations

[Conn53victor]

A really old friend (meaning older than me) asked for Iowa WBB podcast recommendations. I didn't try to explain that with his flip phone and an old Windows computer, maybe he's not quite ready for podcasts. I will point to Cory Brada's "Hawkeye of the Storm" with Kach Alexander. Once I got used to them, I watch it live or later after every game.

Tom Kakert, Chad Leistikow, & Scott Dochterman are good, but my friend won't sort through for the women's segments on various podcasts/videos.

Are there other Iowa WBB dedicated options that aren't just a segment here or there?

DISCLAIMER: There could be errors in any of the above, but it is close to correct. I often don't know what I am talking about. I feel right at home on this forum.

Yeah Cory Brada's podcast with Kach is about the only dedicated Iowa channel covering Iowa women's bball for most every game.

The rest of the most notable Iowa podcasts will only talk about Wbb as part of a rundown of topics. It might be the featured topic, but it won't be as in-depth or at-length.

I enjoy Trent Condon and "Locked on Hawkeyes" podcast. They're out every day or two.

Again. Fair and Balanced.

What is it called ? I can’t find it easily on Amazon Music. Thank you.

I know the main Youtube channel is From the Hawkeye of the Storm. There's another I believe through the Voice of College Football outlets on Youtube.

But here's the recap of the NIU game with former Hayden Fry assistant Don Patterson and former Iowa WR Jacob Gill.

Not an Iowa WBB-only Podcast, but a Big Ten WBB podcast by the IU and MSU radio voices. They have started their team previews, first with MSU and UCLA. Most of the BIG head coaches appear on this podcast for their team’s preview.
