Game not over yet. That said, I did not have Iowa scoring more points on a conference opponent than an FCS opponent on my checklist this year.
I think Phil took personal offense at that first half.

Iowa defense played lights out in the second half just like we've come to expect.
the secondary was abused but lived to fight through the adversity. outmatched in stature but not in heart.
The refs were gonna call that blatant hold on the DL if that 4th-down pass was complete...right? 
That defense prevented a very good offense from scoring more than 7 points in the second half.
Why do the delayed knee there.... Good way to piss guys off or get someone hurt
Great response by the Hawks after that Rutgers score to go up by 4. They battled on the road and Gron came up huge at the end.
