None of that was Lester's fault. I don't love the 2nd down play but those first two passes need to be complete.

We are -3 yards against one of the worst defenses in the Big Ten.

Hawks've really gotta stop returning the opening kick back for a TD.


We all remembered what happened in the '03 OB, too ........

Hitch on the first throw made an obvious PI that goes uncalled. Sam gets hit in the mouth by the pass on 3rd down and doinks it into the turf. I'd ask the "wide receiver" question again after the game if this trend continues.

MG made Phillips trail out of bounds and would have had to do a toe tap but I guess it's all his fault :rolleyes:
None of that made him drop a ball that hit him in the hands. His first job is to catch it. If he doesn't, no toe tapping is going to help.
