Huge momentum pick up!!!
Down 1 possession despite a horrendous start, 1 unforced turnover, 2 stupid fouls on 3 point shots.
Ben going to weave some magic adjustments. We’re right back in this!

After 100 minutes of regulation over 3 games, Iowa holds a 2 point lead...
How many times does that happen to us!!! Finally…
Sage is f’ing pissing ice water!!! I think we win this one folks!
and when we do, we will be 3 wins away from an @EvilMonkeyInTheCloset NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP!!!
Hawks only down 3 at half, after that ABYSMAL start.
And you know what else could turn into a huge boon for Iowa in the 2nd half ......
Folgers only needs 3 points to reach double-figures.
I think this favors us going forward…
We finished strong with rebounding, but we can't afford more second chance points to a team that is shooting so well right now.
Fun game so far. We can figure out our defense and go on a 13-4 run, then change the tempo to our favor.
These teams are pretty equally skilled.

I told you. Clothesline his *** so that he stops playing with the confidence of knowing he can get away with sh** because his dad is the coach.
Folgers not getting the and 1 on that dunk is criminal.
Esoecially if we can bring that physicality on defense we had against Florida. Come on defense. Time to step lane lead us to victory.
I’m confident as well. Like Ben said in his interview we’re making a lot of bad decisions defensively. Overhelping on 2’s and giving up open 3’s. That’s drilled into our players. Now we shall see if either or both teams can continue this torrid shooting. Fun half. We were great offensively.
So AF never got fouled by mast on that flush? wtf?
Down 3 despite that onslaught I like where we're at.. But got to tighten up the D but for the love of God stop fouling their 3 point shooters.
Cooper and Tate for 3 more years!
Man, what a half. Thank you Tate Sage and Bennett Stirtz.
We need to figure out Mast better.
They need to cool down.
Need to close out on 3s without fouling.
Banks and Cam need to get going on both sides.

Did better rebounding the last 8 minutes. Need to keep that up. They’ll cool off shooting. A lot of their 3’s were pretty deep.
We were down 12-2 to start the game
Need to come out ready to go here in the 2nd half
Texas trying to Virginia Purdue.
If UNL comes back to earth from the three point line, we’re good.
Mashburn speaking truth on what Iowa needs to do defensively in the 2nd half ....
force NEB off the 3pt line.
Easier to overcome a 2pt barrage than it is a 3pt barrage.

Iowa might come back to earth though. Shooting 7-11 from 3 and 15-25 total
The big turkey for Nebby has had a few fouls go uncalled.
It was just bad 3 point defense the first 10 minutes of that half. Ben said as much.
My recipe for success this next half…
Stirtz drive and convert or kick out for open 3 balls and secondary cuts and actions if the initial action breaks down.

Better yet, come out to dismantle them.
There is no ‘if’…..it’s ’when’…
