*****Iowa vs Iowa St Game Thread*****

[HawkBall23]

Play is over, moving on towards the other end of the floor and 5 seconds later calls the foul on Sage.

Really appreciated the demonstrative show of the foul by the ref as well.

Ben better send footage of this to the national officiating offices.

[Hawx224]

Refs are a joke, not sure what Hawks are supposed to do

[Buffalo43]

Get florgarius out please

[Hawkfan_08*]

No matter how many times it happens, you get excited only to have Lucy pull the ball away.

[UIAlumFireFighter]

Holy sh*t.

This sucks.

[Sett1997]

I can’t wait for all the tick tac fouls late to even the calls up a tad.

They are always meaningless too. They know their game.

[BaseBallerP27]

People are shocked? This is an FCS team.

[RoseBowlorBust]

Bummer had a golden opportunity for monster win. Just battle hard and don't get blown out but I anticipated this after half.

[Moral]

Was our halftime adjustment “find the nearest cyclone and just gift them the ball”?

The halftime speech had to be the wrong one.

[GeorgePeeples2]

Anyone at the game want to let the board know what the new Clone football coach screamed into the mic during the first half time out?

[Franisdaman]

2nd half points:

0: IOWA
14: CLOWN U

[Hawksfor3]

Nice SHOVE OFF by Lipsey on Combs to create separation, as well as a bucket to get ISU the lead.

Momcilovic' shouldered one of our guys to the floor near the basket early also. Nothing there, move on.

[herkhatescy2]

This kind of **** with refs in all sports has really turned me off to the sports world.

[AFM22]

[ajdl]

Congrats to the refs. They really got the clones on track tonight

[Rambler Hawk]

Lmao okay refs.

So he blew his whistle half way…then decided later it was a foul after all?!?!?!wtf!!!

[hawkeyewx]

Crap. I was outside shoveling snow. This is what I was worried about. What a disaster start to the half.

[Anon1751457816]

This ain't the refs. it's like ISU discovered they have way more talent than Iowa

[Franisdaman]

The halftime speech had to be the wrong one.

'
hate it when that happens

[HawkBall23]

Hawks' D intensity has really fallen off, too

[Slim45]

Bully ball and it sucks. The physicality in the game is absurd, it’s not ****** football

[AFM22]

Anyone at the game want to let the board know what the new Clone football coach screamed into the mic during the first half time out?

“Football. Wrestling. Women’s basketball. Men’s basketball.”

[longliveCS40]

When you can completely shutdown Iowa's only player by hand checking and grabbing him, it's the refs.

[Scott559]

The halftime speech had to be the wrong one.

My sincerest apologies.

[BubsFinn]

Should have been and 1.

[Hawksfor3]

At least they're calling the obvious.

[HawkBall23]

Nope, now one

[HawkBall23]

If only he brought the FT% (up).

[Franisdaman]

well, sheet, just like that its a 4 point game

[Ozzie89]

Folguieras is absolutely lost defensively

[BubsFinn]

25+ minutes into the game before our first foul shot.

[Rambler Hawk]

No fear by Sage!!! Love it!!’

[Denmar]

Our turn for a run

[HawksRule25]

That was Iowa 1st FT of the game.

[LetsGoHawks83]

Sage is going to be a good one.

[LetsGoHawks83]
