First 4 minutes of 2nd half will be critical.

Place is going to burn to the ground and they’ve only been called for 3 fouls. Lmao. BOOOOOOOOOO
Happens all the time.
Holy **** I need to start drinking again.
Only 3 fouls on the Clones after all that contact.
Most of the half was great. However, it feels like ISU could go on a huge run at any time. It'll be tough to hold them off in the second half.
The hand checking on Stirtz they are allowing is INSANE! Ben better be in the officials ears.
Coach Ben McCollum better be delivering the right halftime speech.
Take care of the ball more and probably up at least 12 right now, IE at the half.
But still .... have to admit that I never foresaw the Hawks having a double-digit lead at any time in this game nor an 8-pt cushion at halftime.
But probably pucker-up time after the break. 5-on-8 will be in full force and ISU will be fouling every second they are on D and a lot when they have the ball too.

Yeah. Only 3 freaking fouls on them.
Iowa didn't make a free throw the entire first half............. we didn't shoot any either.
Well. They cut the lead down to 8 but this is a heck of an effort by the guys.
Love the energy on defense but the Hawks have no inside threat at all.

Iowa State was so physical on defense that I have bruises.
Isn't that nuts!? We have only drawn 3 fouls and they boo all of them.
Stirtz has to get more shots off. Most of the time he looks like a decoy finding a spot on the floor and not moving around a lot.
Clown U has 10 POINTS off Iowa's 10 turnovers
How tall is Manwahooyahoo (#3)?
Seems a bit on the shorter side to be THE guy battling in the paint..
I mean, he's played in and won multiple national titles at D2. This is just a regular season game.
No question it’ll be 8 on 5. I really believe these dudes are tough enough to overcome it.
The discrepancy of officiating on the road is insane.
Keep hanging tough boys.
Keep hanging tough boys.
Iowa led for 15 minutes, 38 seconds
Aside from a few stupid turnovers - and usual stripes crap - that first half couldn't have went much better for the Hawks.
Just don't feel comfortable at all with the lead only sitting at 8, with a whole half left to go.

I'm wondering if they have more for him to attack off back screens since they are playing him so tight.
Better off the ball movement. Being closely guarded on the point. Forwards need to move and set screens and not stand around.
