Iowa has been favored by a touchdown or more against ISU eight times in the Ferentz era. They’re 2-6 against the spread in those matchups and have managed to lose outright three times - 2005, 2007 and 2014.

I see ISU winning 23-21 on a walk off 60 yard FG, and Clone fans rubbing our noses in this until the end of time. Their defense (especially Terrell) will give Brown fits and our defense will get torched by at least 1 long bomb. This ISU team is much better than being given credit for. They will be going all out with nothing to lose.

I hope to God I’m wrong. I just have a bad, bad feeling. Kirk struggles way too much in this game. I am sick and tired of losing to those chumps.

This is why ISU is accused of seeing this game as their 'Super Bowl'.

They are never not ready and super hyped up for this game.

I'm not saying Iowa doesn't get into it, but it always seems like it takes some time, after the game starts, to see the 'juice'.
