And Richmond played 4 games too
And here they were the one team I had some faith might make the Sweet 16

Iowa got screwed by the refs worse than we ever did, considering the stakes. If the obvious fouls were called in the last minute, they could have had 4 points and would have been ahead - no need to foul - probably would have won. A disgrace.

looking at RU. I don’t think….I know….Pauls 4-5 games where he was asked to do everything and play 38-40 minutes led to his last 4-5 games where he hasn’t been himself.
To be fair, the big ten doesn’t have any teams that were considered top 8. I didn’t put any in the elite 8 and it’s not because of some Big Ten bias

Yeah, still early, but that was a bad loss for the league. I didn’t want to say it “wasn’t good for the conference.”
I used to always root for the B1G but somehow after last night, I want them all to lose…lol.
Was thinking the same. First I thought they were, then I realized most Hawkeyes fans over here were gracious and cool....those must have been sewercuse or some other weirdo fans.
I feel bad for Iowa fans and for Iowa, and I am rooting for the Big Ten, although I am not watching this weekend as I've lost interest in college ball for a bit. Just goes to show though, that anything can happen, and we are not alone in our misery.
Our game will probably go down as an epic and do us more good than harm in the long run.

There are some douchebag Iowa fans just like there are some douchebag Rutgers fans. But the Hawkeyes that came over here seemed mostly cool to me.
Not the ones after our game with them. There were few classless punks trolling us hard. More than any other fan base all season for sure
But as was already said, there a douche bag fans in every fan base. The ones who recently were over here just wanted to talk hoops and were respectful

RU lost, so all I can do is hate on other schools. In this case, Iowa losing creates joy for me. Not many less likeable schools.
