I disagree. This team is clearly better than last year's team. I'm not saying that they're going to the Rose Bowl, but there is improvement. That improvement is not happening as fast enough or as significant enough as most of us would like.

I should also add that it may not be enough improvement for us to do anything in the B1G east.
