This will be shutout #7 of Ash's brief stint here. 10 more games to go until he is gone.
The time for mitigation is past. The situation can't get worse. Rumors are a slow start (which seems a certainty) will result in a mid season change.

No. We have the most riveting offense in the country. 1st down from our own 1. We have a whole play book for that. In Ash we trust (sarcasm)

And as for the poster that keeps supporting Art to continue playing by noting that Carter missed open passes, you need to realize that the only reason Carter had open receivers is because he extended the play - a Trait that art does not have. You were actually making the point that Art should not play.
Ash gave up way too early Iin trying to compete in this game. Further, he potentially created an issue were none should exist and didn’t give the team any rhythm going into next week
Perhaps the only thing I ask did today was made clear to all that art should not be the quarterback this year. He is still what he was last year a guy who can pitch and catch but can’t read a defense, extend a play, or make a decision on third down to actually throw for the first down, but rather checks down to one yard gain consistently
If he uses this game for that reason then it was helpful. Otherwise, trying to watch the shuffle step continue throughout the year will be very painful

Based on his recruiting skills all the Blue Lot cars would park at the Temple game.

Credit Ferentz: there were several occasions during this game where they could've gone for it, and run up the score. And they didn't even though is a conference game. That shows some class.
