Farmers have no reason to miss the game. All of the aminals will be sleeping. Except, need to get home early for the roosters crowing at 5 a.m.--I am reminded by those damn roosters en route to the BC game.
Let’s say I bought a ticket and flew in from Florida.

I just found out the time for the Iowa game 50 minutes ago, I was excited as the night games and big crowds are a great fun experience. Tell the wife about the 7 pm night game. I get, "that sucks it's going to completely screw with my feeding schedule". Apparently an 8 pm game is fine, but a 7 pm game, well we just don't know how the animals are going to survive.
My reply, "maybe we should sell the tickets since the animals just won't be able to handle such a dramatic schedule change and all life as we know it on the farm will cease to exist?" That did not go over well.
More than half the tickets aren’t still available though.

I hate to tell you, but she might not be wrong. She's probably referring to the circadian clocks of all mammals, including human animals. It's fascinating stuff. But just put the feed out early with a sign above the food telling them not to eat for an hour.
EDIT/NOTE--there is a scientist/MD out in San Diego Scripps Institute that publishes lots of interesting article on circadian rhythm for eating and sleeping. Most of the original models are on mice, but more and more small human trials are being conducted. There is some good science there, but I would not tell your wife.

They can eat the thousands upon thousands of dollars I spent growing them pastures. These pigs, horses and chickens are so spoiled. If they miss a feeding, you would think it's animal cruelty according to my wife. I always get into a fight with this, "What would they do if they were in the wild? Would they seriously seek out the local feed grain dealer?"

Well, I took a different route and clicked the “purchase by seat” option, and the joint is going to be packed. Did some speed counting of the green dot (available seats) and there are roughly about only 1,800 seats left in the lower level and not a lot left in the upper levels. So with 12 days left, my estimate is that we are quickly approaching the upper 40,000 range……but I haven’t checked what’s on stub hub yet.
I will be there, and hopefully in the lot quite early. The only question is how early. You see, my son has a soccer game at 12:30 in Bound Brook, and my mom is driving up to see him play from Marlton. I told her I'll have an hour afterwards to grab a quick lunch and chat before I kick her out and head to the black lot for a 3:00 arrival. OK, evevryone tell me that an hour is enough time and I'm being a good son by not leaving earlier. Aaaaaaand, go...

I was joking. Our only surviving parent is my Mom, who turned 94 in June. I treasure every moment I have with her. Life is short, and time spent with parents and grandparents is far more important than getting to the tailgate early.
You are close. Game is 80 % sold out and prices on the limited seats on stub hub are going higher and higher.

They will all eat constantly, except for when it's nap time, which are numerous. So if they don't have grain, they'll eat pasture. Too much grain they get fat. If we want to get pigs, horses or cattle to another field or back to the barns simply shake the feed grain cup. They come running like a junkie to crack.
They know approximate feed times, so they all line up at their respective fence lines closest to the house. It's a chorus, of whinnies, moos and squeals at 6:30am and 5 pm.
