Intra-conference transfers

Michigan football was helped immensely by a QB transfer from Iowa. Now Indiana hoops benefits from a Michigan transfer (Bielfeldt). How many decades will it take before Rutgers benefits from one of these (league approved) intra-league transfers? Our luck, Freeman transfers to TTFP.
