West Virginia, Texas Tech and Kansas, the 3 teams battling for the Big 12 regular season title, each has one home game and one road game against the other two teams.

SATURDAY, FEB. 17

West Virginia at Kansas

SATURDAY, FEB. 24

Kansas at Texas Tech

If WVU wins both games against Kansas and Texas Tech, the Jayhawks' reign MIGHT be over. I know, it depends on other games, too. But that would be HUGE.

Texas Tech 8-3

Kansas 8-3

West Virginia 7-4

SATURDAY

Oklahoma State at West Virginia

Kansas at Baylor

Texas Tech at Kansas State

MONDAY

TCU at West Virginia

TUESDAY

Kansas at Iowa State

Oklahoma at Texas Tech

SATURDAY, FEB. 17

West Virginia at Kansas

Texas Tech at Baylor

MONDAY, FEB. 19

Oklahoma at Kansas

TUESDAY, FEB. 20

West Virginia at Baylor

WEDNESDAY, FEB. 21

Texas Tech at Oklahoma State

SATURDAY, FEB. 24

Kansas at Texas Tech

Iowa State at West Virginia

MONDAY, FEB. 26

Texas Tech at West Virginia

Texas at Kansas

SATURDAY, MARCH 3

West Virginia at Texas

Kansas at Oklahoma State

TCU at Texas Tech

Yeah, yeah. Heard the same stuff the past 2 football seasons...too many ifs.

But because you are not entertaining 87 specific things happening over 3 weeks into the future so that WVU is champion, you are a pessimistic non fan according to some people. Don't get me started on mentioning that WVU could be taken command of this race by not choking against Kansas at home. That makes you a heretic or something. So don't criticize the red text guy for being positive to the point of pipe dreams/delusions.

This is the Big 12. Kansas and Texas Tech might lose today and we'd be thinking WVU as Big 12 champ. It could happen.

Winning by default if that happens. WVU had it's chances and losing to OSU at home just proves this team is not consistent enough to win a regular season title. Maybe a run of three for BIG XII tourney, but that's about it.

lost OSU.

OSU also beat Kansas and OU.

ISU also beat TTU

lot of tough games in the Big 12. They all seem to be even.

You are a pollyanna piece of work. No way in hell were you a sports writer...except maybe at a community paper. How did the squirt team do in the neighborhood last week?

I like the logical swings. In one post it's just optimism and not at all excessive to come up with scenarios where WVU wins the big XII. The next post it's the Big XII is just too good top to bottom to expect consistent home wins against the 5th place or lower teams in the conference. It seems to me that one precludes the other.

There’s no great teams in the Big12 this year. There’s maybe one Top 12 team and 3 or 4 other Top 40. Actually I don’t see any great teams anywhere. The NCAAs are wide open. And so is the Big12.

Allen the Big12 is solid but nothing great. Funny thing is maybe one of the teams gets hot with the match ups and win a Natty.

After the A&M game, we (including myself) all said "this is Huggs worst team"......then we win 15 straight games, climb to #2......and we all say "possible national championship run"........then we hit a rut through the grind of the league schedule.......and now SOME on here are crying about what's wrong......and those excuses have all changed from one game to the next:

1. Esa's fault
2. Huggs stubbornness with Allen
3. Huggs unwillingness to back out of the press
4. Huggs won't play zone/Huggs plays 1-3-1
5. Huggs plays too much man

Funny stuff.......

You forgot the refs out to get WVU! That’s your go-to so you should edit this post.

My "go-to"? First game I've said anything about refs costing us........but keep living in your own world. Why do you care? You don't even like WVU nor are you a fan.

Here we go haha. Dude you’re the worst troll of them all. You’re so toxic it’s a joke. Don’t represent me or my posts. Thanks.
