Instant transfer on StubHub

Is there a way that we can get our tickets to StubHub for instant transfer?

You can't go into your Rutgers account and transfer them to someone's phone number? I just did that yesterday.

I can transfer to someone's phone # or email, but not to StubHub for instant transfer

I think (not sure) all of the University ticket offices are integrated with Seat Geek. Don't know if they have cut off StubHub.
