I plan to keep posting here, unless you guys run me off before then! Lol let me be clear, I am in no way a teammate as I am a terrible athlete. Just passing along some info that I heard at school. I expected harsh as well as accepting replies, I am open to both!

Also, for the guy who said a sophomore doesn't write like that, I'm not sure what you mean! Was that meant as an insult?
Keep reading how some of the adults write; you’ll understand

End of thread.

It is truly amazing that our board is so significant that their are people out there that will take the time to troll us.

Hope I'm wrong, but I highly doubt that Kevin has told anyone outside of his family what he's doing.
Well his dudes on fortnite are family. Lol

Also kids aged from 3rd grade to men ages of 50 know what Fortnite is. Also if any cats fans play on ps4 let me know! Ill add you!
I'm not even 30 yet and I have absolutely no idea what fortnite is. I know a lot of people are playing it though and it's the newest social fad. Some of my buddies have been wanting me to get it. What is it exactly? You'll have to dumb it down for me because I'm a guy that doesn't really play any video games or have any social media.

Why would a high school kid take time away from playing Fortnite to post on a UK board? This was almost as good as the Zion teammate.

100 players, you play solo, in a duo, or in a 4 man squad. You skydive from a blue schoolbus hoisted over a large island with a hot air balloon. You start with no guns and run around searching to find guns and ammo. Then there is a storm approaching. Every several minutes the eye of the storm shrinks. If you're outside of the eye of the storm you take damage until you die. Last man/duo/squad standing wins. Also you can destroy just about anything you want with a pickaxe and harvest wood/brick/metal. Then you can build forts to protect yourself or reach inaccessible areas.

Its a ton of fun and my wife who hates shooters can't stop playing it either. Also free to play.

It's a video game. 100 players drop from a flying bus onto a giant map with a variety of landscapes, towns, neighborhoods, etc. armed with only a pickaxe to gather materials.

Once you drop, you find guns, ammo, shields, traps, building materials, etc and use them to eliminate other players.

While all of this is going on, a "storm" is closing in, making the map smaller as the game progresses and eliminating players who don't get inside the storm in time.

Last player standing wins. You can also play in duos or squads of four with random people assigned to your team or friends who join your party.

Punched in the mouth on the internet, the greatest fear of a troll.

My girls are addicted. More or less it's hunger games.

It is free and the only other thing I would add to this description is every game is different. It is not like Call of Duty where you know where people spawn. Depending on the loot (what shields, guns, health you get) you might not be able to win. Also its like a video game of hunger games. Third person.

The OP is so unbelievable that his thread on a subject we ALL are on edge about, trying to find out ANY tidbit of "inside" info about, has turned into a tutorial on an internet game.

This helps explain why today's kids are the most obese in world history. Why exercise when you can have this much awesome fun sitting on your ***?

By the way, Tampa Catholic is on Easter Recess this week.

Imagine pretending to be a 15 year old boy on the internet. Think I'd probably just walk into traffic first.

Yeah but how good is your imaginary 15 year old self at Fortnite?

For free.

It's really a crazy phenomenon. Call of Duty and Halo were popular when I was in high school, but playing online was tough because internet wasn't good enough yet to play a game like that while everyone else in the house was doing things online and grabbing bandwidth so we mostly played late at night.

My nephew and his teammates actually get their outside of practice push-ups/crunches/etc done between rounds while wearing their gaming headsets.

In 10 years you're going to see the most incredible generation of effective multitaskers the world has ever known. They actually do everything better if they're doing several things at once.
