innovations/updates to your tailgate + menu

As the season approaches, does anyone have any cool ideas that they're going to try and introduce to their tailgate this season that they didnt do/have in the past? New foods? drinks? New set-ups, gadgets, etc?
Love the usual tailgate threads so wanted to bring up something along those lines and see how people are trying to expand/out-do their previous tailgates...

Middlesex County is forcing a huge influx of interlopers to my tailgating spot, so that will be a new twist this year.

I'm not about watching TV during our tailgate. But some of my buddies want to expand from one TV to two. With more non-noon games this year, at least we will have more than just College Gameday in the background.

Last year some guys to celebrate Oktober Fest hired two beer maidens in lederhosen to serve them in the yellow lot. Will attempt same if suitable maidens can be found.

Our best move last year will hopefully not be called for this year. Seeing the writing on the wall, we brought two full meals to the Michigan game. We feasted normally before the game, then feasted again in the third quarter, having left at half.
