I was at that game also. I thought it was 2002 but NU stopped UNLV on the goal line at the end of the game

I also remember a "fixe prix" dinner at the Bellagio for 4. My family dined on a couple of small portion plates, I was wondering where the entrée was, but the waiter informed me that we had completed the dinner. I was presented a bill for over $900(no alcohol either)

We stopped at the buffet afterwards-a choice I had vetoed before because of a short wait.

The other recollection from that trip was ,while at poolside, I marveled at the skill of plastic surgeons and the willingness of their patients to promote their work

My wife and I were there as well. We stayed at the Hyatt Regency in Henderson, played a couple of rounds of golf, had some good food, gambled a bit and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I even had a Southern Comfort at the game, but couldn't find a beer or a program. Cirque du Soulai (Sp.?) was great and so was the food at a couple of the casino restaurants with famous chefs.
