No, but any evidence gained by FISA could be very well invalid with what we've heard in the last week. And that could lead to downstream warrants being inadmissible. Imagine if all of your evidence starts and ends with the FISA warrant, and it's inadmissible, because... the partially FBI funded it, it was made up, and the FBI was aware of that.
And yes, a sealed indictment does mean someone should go to jail for even saying there is an indictment.
