They're having "reality T-V" meltdowns over Trump.

And the idiot, liberal, acting AG showed that she was willing to shun the Constitution to achieve her liberal goals. Firing was too good for her. She has a sacred duty to uphold the Constitution. This order was not illegal. She claimed she looked back to the campaign for guidance. That is absurd. Her job is to look at the language of the order and determine if it is legal or not. Not some feelings from campaign language. She is an attention *****.

This...big time! No matter what her "opinion" of the Law is. Not her role, not her job, now she's out of one.

Good.

And she claims language from the campaign influenced her decision? My God. Read the damn EO. Is it legal. That is all she should focus on. The President has extraordinarily wide latitude in matters of national security. She did this to get the adulation of the media and her liberal sycophants. She wanted that adulation rather than following that silly Constitution.

And all public servants, including the POTUS, took an oath to protect and defend the Constitution.

Really poor logic for this thread.

And for those of you that think there is no legal problem with this EO, there are already numerous lawsuits challenging its legal sufficiency, four federal judges that have issued stays and 12 Republican members of Congress that are questioning its legality.

"You're fired"!

"You're fake news"

Schumer cries "fake tears"

It's just personally pleasing to me to see a Republican with some stones to call these Leftists out and stick it to 'em just like they've been using the corrupt Media to stick it to the rest of us all of these years.

Now they're having a cow over everything Trump does. But he's wearing them out with his relentless Offense. They can't keep up with him. They're getting so outraged or losing their minds so much, pretty soon they won't have anymore outrageous minds left to lose!

I'm lovin' this...

LOL what does any of that have to do with the legality of the EO? People take **** to court all the time...doesn't mean in the end they are right...and pretty sure the Congress won't be weighing in on the legality of the EO. Similar EO's have been upheld...from Carter to Obama.

There are lawsuits against Abortion, Religious Freedom, and anti-gun confiscation too. So what? That's why we have Lawyers and Courts.

You think lawsuits against Trump's EO make it unconstitutional?

Great.

Let's hear it out in a Court of Law under the Constitutional authority he believes he's acting. Then once we get a new Supreme Court justice who both appreciates and understands that same Constitution, let's revisit Roe v Wade and see whether it stands up under the same Constitutional scrutiny?

I'm all for it.

She ignored the experts at DOJ that reviewed the order:

It’s being reported the department’s own internal general council, the office of Legal Council, reviewed the executive order and approved of it. So she’s flying in the face of her own best lawyers.

She is an attention *****. She was leaving in a few days anyway. She could have resigned. Instead, she sought all the media attention possible and the adulation of the liberals.

Bingo. There was another way for her to express her reservations enforcing this policy. She could have started with consultations of her own Legal counsel. Instead she runs off to the media because just as PAX says, she's a media exhibitionist.

But she did consult with experts at DOJ. They told her it was legal.

Now this…
Justice Department lawyers told Yates President Trump’s travel ban was legal.
She decided to play politics anyway.

Ambassador John Bolton told Lou Dobbs tonight:

It’s being reported the department’s own internal general council, the office of Legal Council, reviewed the executive order and approved of it. So she’s flying in the face of her own best lawyers.

Well then she's just a Lefty who needed to get fired anyway.

Bolton? That's your source? If that SOB said the sky was blue I'd go outside and look up.

Just a guess, but I think she was doing as told. The better political move would be to resign, IMO. Now, when/if the EO is upheld, it will hurt Sally and her party unless the Country does poorly like they're hoping. I don't think politics gets any uglier than what we're seeing from the Obstructocrats right now.

No one had the authority to tell her. She was the acting number 1 at DOJ. She went against the advice of her own legal committee that reviewed the order.

I should have clarified WHO told her. The democrats don't have the authority, so she was not legally bound to obey, but she did. That's my not so wild guess. Could be wrong.
