the WV legislature is taking up such important business. It's good to see they are working to pass laws that will be so beneficial for this state.

That's nothing. A Senator has proposed legislation to allow Berkeley County to bypass City Ordinances and build a drug rehab facility in a 40+ year old metal building that sits in a flood plain. To be paid for with money the county can't say where it will come from.
