Seems like this kid is just deeply disturbed whether it be from PTSD or just a regular nut. Regardless, another senseless rash of killings at the hands of mental illness.

It looks like he was mentally ill for sure. The fact that he claimed that ISIS was forcing him to do it, only reinforces The fact that he was mentally disturbed.
