I cut the cord a few years ago and I miss it less than I thought I would. You get used to not having it and you realize you wasted a lot of time watching a lot of bad TV. That said, last year I did buy Sling TV for $20 for football season so I could have ESPN and ESPN2 and I'm considering doing it again. I hate ESPN and I hate to give them money but they have a lot of games and my only alternative is to not get the games.

I'm not sure. There are different levels and I had the most basic at $20 per month. As I recall, last fall when I had it I mostly watched Big Bang Theory repeats on TBS, some CNN (which reinforced to me how silly it is to have political discussions in eight minute segments with half a dozen people constantly talking over each other), various Star Trek series repeats on BBC America and football on ESPN. I think AMC is a movie channel and I'm not much of a movie watcher.

I use PSVue.......they have the best channel lineup of all the streaming options. I just put an amplifier on my antenna for over the air locals. Went from 28 stations to 60 stations.
