to also being done with this Pope experiment. The team at times IS better than they were earlier in the season, but Mark doesn't seem to be able to stick with what's working.
I’ve been about where you’ve been and I’m where you are right now . Just too many times we look totally unprepared and not ready to play over the last 2 years.

Pope is a solid coach who might hit it big one day but we are 10+ years since a Final Four or even a #1 seed. We need a guaranteed home run. Golden...May...Pitino...Pearl. Won't happen but man this is getting hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel here.

I’ve been wondering honestly. I mean y’all he’s a .600 guy, 12 years, no tournament wins until his 11 season.

Pope isn’t qualified to coach here. I don’t like it either I wanted it. But we can’t force it.

I figured you were definitely around the corner. I wanted it too believe it or not but it’s not there. He can’t lead Kentucky. We’ll never be elite under pope. It’s one of the reasons Barnhart went on out, he knows this is a flop.

We've had a few posters that were down on Cal the last few years (rightfully so) and really bent over backwards to give Pope the benefit of the doubt (why, I don't know).

It's admirable, but Pope cares more about his system and analytics than he cares about the university. And it will cost him his dream job.

There’s one hardcore supporter left. Nitro is going down with the ship.

It'll look like this for Nitro:

What I will say is, if the new AD is serious about bringing in the best coach we can, it may not be Hurley but could be Oats, Pearl or Tommy Lloyd, I am all for it. If we are bringing in Scott Drew or that caliber coach, give Pope the 3rd year
He’s absolutely going to get next year imo. But he’s putting himself in the position where it better be pretty special. And I’m getting super skeptical that will happen.

This team is done, I'll still cheer because I'm a lifelong fan but I have no faith, they're way too inconsistent & nothing will change this, they are what they are. When we lose to Florida on Saturday, since Georgia won tonight, we'll more than likely tie Georgia at 10-8 in the SEC & that's ******* sad & the reality of how far we've fallen.

I'm positive I was one of them posters.
I was so sick of Cow, with his condescending arrogant 1772590154713.gif

He should have stayed at byu and learned more before taking this job, like sub patterns and navigating NIL etc. He was one job away from this job, should have hired Bruce then pope would have been better prepared 7 yrs later.

This isn’t the job to continually lose 10+ games each year then at the same time, learn how to coach and handle all that comes with being at Ky. It was obvious Moreno was in outer space tonight and BG was actually giving us great minutes but……he can’t himself but sub. You can’t beat tenn and pig pen at their place then drop games to ga and mizz at home.

He would’ve been eventually been fired from BYU because he’s shown to be incapable at of changing his coaching strategy.
